Kobe was drafted 13th overall from High School, Kobe was initially selected by the Charlotte Hornets before being traded on draft night to the Los Angeles Lakers in a deal that included Vlade Divac, a known talent who Charlotte believed would not just aid them in winning games but also boost attendance !
In the course of his 20-year the NBA professional career playing for the Lakers, Kobe Bryant ranks fourth on the list of NBA’s greatest scoring players 8th in total hours played during NBA history, and sixth in the number of field goals he has achieved in NBA history, and is one of only three gamers who have made it into NBA history to be a part of his way to the All-Star tournament 18 times during his career, with the other two being Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as well as LeBron James !
